We require names and qualifications of Principals, Partners/Directors for Professions such as Doctors, Accountants, Architects, Engineers etc and a choice of the limit of indemnity to insure.
For Security companies we just need their choice for the limit of indemnity to be insured.

1. We require number of employees/ staff.
2. Proposed maximum limit of insurance any one incident.
3. Proposed maximum limit of insurance any one occurrence/collusion limit.
4. Proposed maximum limit of insurance any one period of insurance [one year].
