Mr. Didas Mwesigwa has been apointed as Chief Executive & Principal Officer with effect from 1st of April 2023. He has prevousely worked as the Chief Operations and principal officer since he joined the company in October 2021

Jacqueline Nabatanzi |Head of Medical & Life Business
Jacqueline joined Legacy Insurance Brokers in December 2009, after working with Beta Healthcare International a Pharmaceutical Company for many years. She currently heads She is the head of MEDICAL & LIFE business
Sheena Tukundane|Underwritting Officer
She holds a Bachelor’s degree of science in Actuarial Science from Makerer University and shes currently pursuing a diploma in Insurance at the Insurance Training College (ITC) She joined Legacy in 2023.She’s currently serving as an Underwritting Officer.
Mr. Henery Mbuga | Finance & Compliance
Henry joined Legacy in March 2019. He previously worked as an Audit Executive in various Audit Firms. He became an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda in 2017, after completing CPA-U (Certified Public Accountants of Uganda) examinations. He is currently pursuing a Diploma in Insurance from the Insurance Training College (ITC).
Esther Nakandi |Underwritting Officer Medical & Life
She started working with us in April 2016. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Makerere Business Institute. She also holds a certificate of insurance proficiency (COP) from the Insurance Training Collage (ITC). She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Insurance at Insurance Training Collage. Esther has risen rapidly through her hard work in the company.

She joined legacy in August 2022.Lucy holds a degree in International Business from Makerere University. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in procurement and Supply Chain Management from Uganda Management Institute and currently pursuing a certificate of Proficiency (C.O.P) from the Insurance Training College (ITC).
Adong Trudy-Underwritting Officer
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Adminstration from Makerere University Business School and she’s currently pursuing a diloma in Insurance at the Insurance Training College(ITC) She joined Legacy to work in the Underwritting department and she’s currently serving as the underwriting Officer.
